Ceremony of signing the contract for repairing Dai Hung Rig and calm buoy

In the morning of 29/5/2014, in the office of PetroVietnam Exploration Production Corporation (PVEP POC), Dung Quat Shipbuilding Industry Company Ltd. and PVEP POC signed the contract of repairing Dai Hung Rig and calm buoy.

Attending the ceremony are Mr. Ta Duc Tien, DQS Chairman, Mr. Tran Hoai An, DQS General Director, Mr. Vu Quang Vinh, DQS Deputy General Director; Mr. Ngo Huu Hai, PVEP Deputy General Manager, Mr. Hoang Ba Cuong, PVEP POC Director and Depatment Managers of two parties.

Dai Hung rig has a length of 108.2m, width 67.36m, height 68.60 m. This is one of the most important rig for exploration and exploitation of PVEP-POC. Dai Hung Rig expectly come to Dung Quat Shipyard for repairing in the early of October 2014, repair duration is about 180 days.

During last time, DQS repaired ahead of schedule, quality assurance the Tam Dao 01, Owner Vietsovpetro and the  Mumanskaya, Russia owner. At present, DQS has signed contract with PVEP POC to repair Dai Hung Rig and calm buoy, which assert high appreciation of customers in building and repairing rig. This is an opportunity to promote the image, capability and brand to customers at home and abroad.
