DQS has received the Murmanskaya rig for repairing

On 6/3/2013, Dung Quat Shipbuilding Industry Company Ltd. (DQS) has received the  Murmanskaya rig of ARKTIKMORNEFTEGAZRAZVEDKA.JOSC (RUSSIA) into the Dry Dock No. 1 of DQS for repairing, and maintenance.

The Murmanskaya  Rig has come to Dry Dock for repairing.

Murmanskaya has length 88.0m, wide 66.0m, height 9.7m, body length 146.0m. The main repairing items at DQS: Blasting and painting entire the rig with total contract value approximately 21 trillion dong.

The Murmanskaya  Rig is safety arranged and aligned

DQS has mobilized 04 tug boat for towage the rig into Dock safety. Right after coming to Dock, DQS engineers and  workers has discharged water and cleaned the hull shell to prepare for of the next stages. Repairing and maintenance time is expected  15 days.

From beginning of the year to present, Dung Quat Shipbuilding Industry Company Ltd. has repaired and successfully delivered the Tam Dao 01 jack up rig to Vietsovpetro.
